A creator in light blue activewear mixes a protein shake in a white insulated shaker in her kitchen, shakes it, takes a sip and recommends it to camera.

## How it was made

Tools: Arcads

Prompt: 306 words, shown to signed-in members on the page, free with an account.

### Process

Made with Arcads as a UGC-style ad.

The creator's own prompt was not shared. The prompt shown here was written afterwards from the finished clip, so it describes what is on screen.
